話說我6月16日在 iTunes Report a Problem網頁下面的FAQ引擎裡反應我的 iPAD遊戲3D可愛夾娃娃機居然收了兩次USD$1.99, 請iTunes退錢給我, 這一段內容, 我寫在以下的部落文裡面: iTunes請退費給我! iPAD遊戲3D可愛夾娃娃機HD買了兩次?
週六的早上, 我收到了 iTunesStoreSupport 的回覆. 回覆的算快喔!! 才兩天就收到回信.
這位叫做 Darshan 的人員似乎建議我要在 iPAD 機器裡的 Settings-->General-->Restriction 做設定以避免無意的購買行為, 所以不管怎麼說, 我先在 iPAD 裡把Settings-->General-->Passcode Lock 設了四位數密碼, 再將Settings-->General-->Restrictions-->Allowed Contgent : In-App Purchases 設成 OFF.
Somehow, 我感覺這沒有解決問題, 因為, 現在變成我一打開 iPAD, 它就要我輸入四位數密碼, 我一進入 Settings-->General-->Restrictions 它也要我輸入密碼. 我還是想不起來是那一個動作做錯了, 以至於買了兩次? 我明明記得我只買了一次. 買之前, 要 login with Apple ID, 還要輸入密碼, 已經算是有了防止誤買的措施, 不是嗎?
我又回信給 Darshan , 謝謝他, 並問問看以後有無可能, 讓我們看 Purchase History 時, 也可以看到購買來源與路徑的LOG?
總而言之, 網路上盛傳 iTune store 買東西都是 final, 絕不退費, 現在我親自體驗了一下, 結果並不是如此. 希望本篇內容, 能夠幫助那些收到 iTunes Receipt eMail, 想 Report a Problem 卻不知如何下手的人, 一個參考的範例.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been charged twice for an app "3D可愛夾娃娃機 HD". I can imagine you must be eager to get this taken care of.
Emily, I have done a detailed investigation and I found that the purchase made in this order is In App purchases.

As you are a valued customer, I'm more than happy to let you know that I have reversed the charge for your duplicate in app purchase, which I understand was unintentional.
In five to seven business days, a credit of $1.99 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
Please note that this is a one-time exception, as the App Store Terms and Conditions state that all sales are final.
Emily, you can restrict the ability to make in-app purchases on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

I have received two receipts :
(1)Receipt #137019592981(Order Number: MGFHLSGV2W,Receipt Date: 12/06/11),
(2)Receipt #119020030742(Order Number: MGFHLSFWSJ,Receipt Date: 10/06/11),
the items are the same :"3D可愛夾娃娃機 HD, Double the top limit.,",
both are US$1.99 each.
I couldn't possibly buy the same thing twice in three days, I have only one registered iPAD, please kindly cancel Order Number: MGFHLSGV2W and refund US$1.99 to me.
